DESCRIPTION:In this program series, enjoy informal discussions with the museum Director, Scott Winterrowd, about a variety of topics related to the Sid Richardson Museum’s art collection and special exhibitions. The program will provide participants with behind-the-scenes information and rare insights.
No registration is required to attend the program.
Today’s Topic: Learn what Scott has uncovered about the subject matter and narrative behind Peter Moran’s oil painting Indian Encampment, and discover how recent conservation work has helped restore the painting’s health and longevity.
